At 11:20 pm on a Thursday, someone tapped one of our ads on their phone, opened our e-signature cost calculator and typed in what they pay today: R$5,200 a month for 3 users and 20 documents. That works out to R$260 per signed document.
This person wasn't looking for us. They had a big bill and one question: am I overpaying?
Over the last few weeks, we built 9 free tools at tools.realmarketlabs.com. Each one answers a small question on the spot: what my e-signature really costs, where my Shopify store loses sales, whether my AI-built app leaves a key exposed, which questions to ask in a market survey.
They all run on the same skeleton: a short form and the result on screen. With that skeleton in place, we shipped three tools in a single day.
The usage shows who turns up. One team ran the app check on their staging environment before launch, first on the home page and then on the login screen. Someone planning a women's fashion brand built a questionnaire to understand the market before making the first piece.
A "talk to an expert" form rarely gets this kind of information. People share the real problem because they get a useful answer on the same screen.
We promote the tools on two channels, and each one needs different care.
On Google, people are already searching. In the first round, we wrote the keywords that looked right to us: long, specific phrases. After a week, 22 of 24 had zero impressions, because almost nobody types them. We rebuilt the list from Keyword Planner volume. For "perguntas para pesquisa de mercado" (market research questions), Google shows static lists, and a tool that builds the questionnaire for your case competes well against them.
On Meta, people are scrolling their feed. There the tool has to deliver in under a minute and ask for something people know by heart, like the app's address or the amount on the invoice. The AI app check asks only for the address and ran 21 checks in its first two weeks, on a small budget.
Every result also points to the right company to fix what came up. That way the tools already bring usage and contacts to the clients we serve.
If you sell something that depends on a diagnosis, pick the question your customer asks before buying and turn it into a tool with one or two fields. Give the answer before asking for any contact, and advertise the tool instead of the sales page.
